Bay Park Two consists of one 15-story and two 24-story buildings in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn. This is a Section 236 New York State-supervised Mitchell-Lama project, which underwent a LIHTC restructuring utilizing the HUD RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) Program in 2015.
